Easy Mac & Cheese{Campbell's Soup Dinner's On}
Serves 4
1 can{10oz} Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup 1/2 soup can of milk* note dash ground black pepper 4 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni{about 2 cups uncooked} 1 medium tomato- chopped 1 green onion, sliced 3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Combine the soup, milk & pepper in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Stir in the hot cooked macaroni, tomato & green onion. Mix the bread crumbs with the butter and sprinkle over the macaroni mixture. Bake at 400°F{200°C}for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Serves 4 Per serving: 242 calories, 3 grams fat, 9 grams protein, 44 grams carbs.
*If you want the sauce a bit creamier stir in 1/4 cup water along with the milk. Points are estimated on above information. No fiber was listed. The Points could be lowered a bit by using skim milk & light or FF butter or margarine.
