Old Timey " FRENCH NOT TOAST" TNT

French Not Toast by JRenee
3 eggs 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. maple extract 1 tbs. Splenda granular 1/3 c. cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Place in a blender and whirl on high until really creamy.
Fry in medium preheated and buttered skillet with cover on. Do not over cook. Gets all puffy, but falls fast.
Delicious served with cinnamon/Splenda/buttered syrup
Wonderful breakfast with bacon or sausage.
This recipe was on the Low Carb Cafe over 10 years ago. I still make and love it. __________________ Barbo

Yes it would. I still make this and love it.
Now that I make the chayote squash. (spicy apples) I use them on top along with a bit of the maple syrup.
Jay swears that he would not know they were not apples unless i tell him. I
