CAROL'S BANANAS FOSTER MILKSHAKE
Recipe By :~CAROL~
Categories : SMOOTHIES & SHAKES
1 Small banana -- cut in slices
3/4 cup skim milk 3 tablespoons nonfat yogurt -- plain 1 tablespoon Splenda Granular -- or to taste 1/4 teaspoon vanilla -- I use Mexican vanilla 3 icecubes
Sprinkle Splenda & 1/4 tsp. vanilla with the sliced banana In a small fry pan sprayed with Pam, place the banana slices in a single layer. Cook on one side for about 2 minutes, flip over & cook until the banana is soft but still holds it shape. The splenda , vanilla sort of carmalize. Cool, then place on a parchment lined plate, scraping off any carmalized bits off the pan. Freeze.... this step is optional if you use ice cubes. In a blender or Magic Bullet, pour in milk, yogurt, Splenda & vanilla; add banana slices & ice cubes. Process until smooth & thick! Pour in to a tall glass & enjoy! It's a tasty way to get in a milk & a fruit serving!
Tastes just like Bananas Foster & ice cream!!
