JO'S HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
1/2 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise 1/2 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream 2 tablespoons skim milk 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. prepared mustard
In a 2-cup glass measuring cup, combine maynnaise, sour cream, and skim milk. Add lemon juice and mustard. Mix well to combine. Microwave on Braise (40%Power) for 4 minutes, stirring after every minute.
