NOTE: This is a low carb recipe....Barbo has made it & says it absolutely delicious. If you use fat free cheese, it becomes a CORE legal recipe. I've posted 3 photo's below of what the crust looks like & 2 with the sauce & cheese. Apparently the crust is crisp enough to hold in your hand to eat. The low carb website is also listed. "YOU WON'T BELIEVE IT'S A CAULIFLOWER" PIZZA CRUST with TOPPINGS 1 cup cooked cauliflower -- put thru ricer or grater* 1 large egg 1 cup skim milk mozzarella cheese--use fat free for CORE 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning TOPPINGS 2 tablespoons pizza sauce--use sugar free or plain tomato sauce 1/4 cup chopped onion -- sauteed 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms -- sauteed 2 ounces ham -- diced--use Canadian Bacon more veggies if you want a more filling pizza. Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower{*Don't pack down the cup with cauliflower. Just fill it with a spoon or the cup itself.} egg and mozzarella. Press evenly on the pan. Sprinkle evenly with fennel, oregano and parsley. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes (15-20 minutes if you double the recipe). Remove the pan from the oven. To the crust, add sauce, then toppings and cheese. Place under a broiler at high heat just until cheese is melted. YUMMO! I just joined this site and started the WW core this week. The recipes look terrific! I've got to try this pizza crust!
