Barbo's WW Crockpot Spicy Apple Tapioca Dessert* 6 servings 1 point each made with Splenda 6 large Gala apples peeled, cored, sliced or coarsely chopped 1 c. Splenda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons Minute Tapioca (leave out for CORE) 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tbs. vanilla 1 cup boiling water Mix sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca until evenly coated. Put mixture in crockpot. Pour lemon juice over apples and THEN add boiling water. Cook on high for about an hour. 6 servings using all Splenda @ 1 Point {72 calories, 2.8 grams fiber, 0.3 grams fat}
