1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp. water 2 - apples, peeled & cored 2 - Egg Roll Wrappers
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray 2-holes in a 6-tin muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine the first 5 ingredients. Place the apples on top of each egg roll wrapper. Drizzle mixture over the apples. Bring the corners up to the top of the apple, press firmly to seal the edges. Stand each dumpling in the muffin tin. Spray lightly with fat free cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes.
Note: ( 183.8 cal., 0.6g fat, 2.2g fiber)
If you have an oven-proof custard dish or something similar in size, that could be used instead of a muffin tin.
My husband and I thought this was an excellent dessert.
