CHUNKY KETCHUP
Recipe By : Taste of Home Garden Fresh Recipes 2004
8 cups chopped tomatoes -- seeded & peeled 2 medium onions -- chopped 2 medium green bell peppers -- chopped 2 cups sugar -- or Splenda Granular 12 ounces tomato paste 2 tbsp salt 1/2 cup white vinegar
In a large saucepan, combine the tomatoes, onions, green peppers, sugar{or Splenda}, tomato paste & salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours or until slightly thickened. Stir in vinegar; heat through. Ladle hot mixture into hot jars,leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust caps. Process for 20 minutes in a boiling water bath.
Yield: 3 1/2 Pints or 112 Tbsp.

Per Tbsp using Splenda Granular: 7.9 calories, 0.1 grams fat, 0.3 grams fiber,1.8 grams carbs, *0* WW Points
