No Cook Triple Berry Jam
What could be easier than stirring Equal into fresh or frozen fruit and fruit pectin? The result is fresh tasting jam with less calories and carbs than jam made with sugar.
Ingredients 1-1/2 cups Equal® Spoonful 1 package (1.59 oz.) Ball Fruit Jell Freezer Jam Pectin 1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries, thawed, drained, crushed* 1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened red raspberries, thawed, drained, crushed* 1 cup frozen unsweetened blackberries, thawed, drained, crushed*
Preparation
* Combine Equal® Spoonful and Ball Fruit Jell in large bowl until well blended. * Add crushed fruit to dry mixture. Stir 3 minutes. * Ladle fruit mixture into 5 clean 8 oz. jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature until thickened, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks. For longer storage, freeze up to 1 year.
