Low Carb Tater Tots! Yummo! . I decided to try to make tater tots. Here is my recipe Tweaked by Barbo
1 Cup Riced Cauliflower, lightly steamed, dried out 1 Cup Colby/Jack) shredded 1/2 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds 1 egg Onion powder to taste Black pepper
I mixed it all in a bowl and then formed Tater Tot shapes by hand. I put the Tots into hot peanut/evoo in a skillet and once browned turned them until all sides were brown. I sprinkled a little Kosher salt over top.
This was by a gal on LCF Board. Great Recipe!
