Flex Plan: Streusel Baked Pears Recipe Thanks to Sass for this recipe. Makes 8 servings (Flex Plan)*
4 firm-ripe Bartlett pears, peeled, halved, and cored 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar 2 tablespoons margarine 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon sliced almonds 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven 375ºF. Spray a 7x11-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray. Arrange the pears, cut-side up, in baking dish.
2. Combine the oats, sugar, margarine, flour, almonds, and cinnamon in a small bowl until the mixture is blended and crumbly, sprinkle over the pears.
3. Bake, uncovered, until the filling is bubbly and the top is golden, 40-50 minutes. Cool on a rack about 15 minutes, then serve warm or at room temperature.
