-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 package sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin
1 package tapioca pudding mix
1 package sugar-free vanilla pudding and pie filling
3 cups water
8 ounces fat free whipped topping
2 cups strawberries, sliced
In saucepan, mix strawberry gelatin, tapioca and vanilla pudding mixes and water. Cook to boiling, stirring occasionally. Cook and boil 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into a bowl and chill for 3 hours.
Fold in fat free Cool Whip and strawberries.
Chill at least another hour before serving.
Tips: Don't try to rush preparation time. Dessert will be runny if the fruit and Cool Whip is added too soon.
The original contributor said other fruit and gelatin combinations could be used: "Just keep the types compatible." I've tried other combinations like raspberries and raspberry jello, but I keep coming back to strawberry!
