Coconut Flour Biscuits
These are the counts for the way that I made mine:
4 eggs 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/3 cup coconut flour, sifted, 1 1/4 ounces 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Butter 4 ramekins (custard cups) Beat eggs, butter seasonings, add flour & baking powder a little at a time stirring until there are no longer little lumps. Add cheese and mix with wooden spoon
Drop into ramekins and bake 400 degrees about 15 minutes. Delicious. I like to split them, butter and then lightly toast.
Per Biscuit: 204 Calories; 18g Fat; 10g Protein; 5g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 1g Net Carb Per 2 Biscuits: 407 Calories; 36g Fat; 20g Protein; 10g Carbohydrate; 7.5g Dietary Fiber; 2.5g Net Carbs __________________
