4 g Net Carbs per serving
This faux French toast comes out looking more like a pancake than your traditional French toast.
But, no matter what it looks like, it sure tastes like a little sweetened part of heaven.
Ingredients
butter or oil (to grease pan) 2 eggs ( I used 1/2 C eggbeaters*)* 4 Tbsp. ricotta (or cream) cheese (I used cream cheese)* cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste 2 packets Splenda® Directions
Heat frying pan to medium- or medium-high. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Melt a small amount of butter (or oil) in your frying pan and pour batter in like a pancake. Brown on one side, flip, and brown other side.
I had it this a.m. GOOD. George tried it & liked it too. Amazing
