This is nice served cold with salad.
500gms minced pork 1 onion finely chopped 1 chicken stock cube crumbled 1 tsp dried garlic 1 tsp dried chilli powder 1 tsp mixed dried herbs or sage 1 tsp dried parsley. pepper and salt.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until thoroughly mixed. Shape into a meatloaf. roll in clingfilm and put in fridge for 30min. remove clingfilm and place meatloaf on a rack to allow fat to drip. Cook for 30 - 40 min (make sure it is thoroughly cooked) 375F. 190c or Gas no 5
will freeze.
