Olive Garden Chicken Marsala

Sounds good and EZ think the Marsala wine will burn off in cooking.
Olive Garden Chicken Marsala
4 half chicken breasts pounded to 1/4" between plastic. 1/4 c. LC baking mix or crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. dry oregano 4 tbs. olive oil (maybe 2 ?) 4 tbs. butter 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms (I would do more) 1/2 c. Marsala wine
In a bowl combine bake mix or crumbs with s.& p. and oregano Dredge chicken pieces and shake off any excess.
Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook breasts on one side until lightly browned, turn them over and cook second side for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms around the chicken. Add wine, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve with veggies of choice. __________________ Barbo
