I used more carrots than potatos & added celery.I didn't use the majoram I used garlic & seasoned salt'I also sprinkled about a tbs of flour over the vegies witch made it like a nice sauce. We al liked it a lot & will keep this recipe.I got this from America Recipes
Midwestern Pork Chop Dinner
Ingredients:
6 pork rib chops, cut 3/4-inch thick 1 teaspoon vegetable oil( canola) 4 cups sliced, peeled potatoes, cut 1/4-inch thick 2 cups sliced carrots, cut 1/4-inch thick 2 cups sliced kohlrabi OR onions, cut 1/4-inch thick 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cups milk (skimmed)

Servings: 6 Minutes of prep time: 15 Minutes of cook time: 90 Nutritional analysis per serving: calories: 278 grams of fat: 12 mg. cholesterol: 80 mg. sodium: 653
Instructions: Heat oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops over medium high heat; season with salt and pepper. Combine potatoes, carrots, kohlrabi, salt, marjoram and pepper; mix lightly. Place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Pour milk over potato mixture. Top with pork chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours, until pork chops and vegetables are very tender.
