TNT Crispy Chicken Wings. LC 1/2 large bag frozen wings from WalMart Large soup pot with water in the bottom and a steamer basket inside. Throw in the frozen wings, cover and when they start to steam set the timer for 20 minutes. Make up a seasoning for them. I like salt, pepper, a bit of garlic and onion powder, paprika. Mix it up. Set aside. Preheat oven to 425. Place a non-stick foil or some release agent on a baking sheet (I used a baking stone). When wings are steamed, take them out and season both sides and place in oven for 25 minutes, turn and let them get crispy on the other side for another 25 or 30 minutes. Most people like to dredge them in hot sauce. I put that on the table for my husband. I prefer to dip them in Ranch Dressing, and have them with celery and carrot sticks.
