Chocolate Dipped Strawberries Sugar Free Barbo’s Recipe Preparations:
Wash and dry your berries well. Stems are nice but not necessary Double boiler with one-half inch water in bottom Several trays lined with wax paper or parchment Chill the berries.
20-24 berries 1 bar of Lindt 75-85% chocolate chopped Bag of the little wrapped SF Hershey’s chocolates, chopped 1 tsp. coconut oil ½ c. Diabeti/Sweet and 2 tbs. Splenda (or sugar sub of choice)
Put the chocolate and coconut oil in top of double boiler and slowly let the chocolate melt, adding the sugar sub and stirring all along the way until chocolate & sugar sub are ready. Leave chocolate in top of boiler pan while dipping.
Dip and lay on waxed paper. Chill. These came out very well for us and were great the next day as well.
