Sausages and Kraut
8 large sausages (Kielbasa, Smoked or any kind that is your fav) 1 14.5 oz. can of sauerkraut drained and rinsed well in hot water. (this reduces the saltiness) 1 14.5 oz. can of chicken broth or home made Black pepper 1 tsp. of caraway seeds. 1 tbs. oil
Brown sausages 5 min, each side. Pour in kraut, broth and seasonings. Bring to a simmer, lid on and cook another 10 minutes. __________________ Barbo
