I wasn't sure what I was making so just kept thinking of things that sounded good.Ended up w/a soup that dh & I love. Sauteed onion,garlic & celery in a little olive oil.Added a bag of slaw mix,can of tomatos,can of black-eyed-peas,can of tomato sauce,chicken broth,cajin seasoning,1/4 cp.A-one sauce & cubbed healthy choice smoked sausage. It's so good even better the 2nd day.
