Serving Size: 4
Ingredients: 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix (dry) 1 can 98% F/F Cream of Mushroom soup 2 cups Mushrooms (optional)
Place chicken breasts in bottom of Crockpot along with mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top of chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve w/egg noodles or baked potato (add additional points).
Note: Weight Watchers = 5 points per serving (247.8 calories, 3.2g fat, 0.9g fiber with mushrooms added)
