ONE EASY MEAL
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg (you can do 2lbs if you want 3 med. onions 2 lg. green peppers ( leave out if you don't like 2 cans whole tomatoes Olive oil (I brown theon & pep w/ the hamburg so don't need Garlic powder, oregano ( use the seasoning you like 2 cans green beans
3 c. cooked rice ( I use brown rice or ww pasta
Saute onions and peppers in olive oil. In another skillet, brown hamburg, then add onions and peppers, tomatoes (crushed slightly), green beans and spices. Serve over cooked rice.
