Grilled Tomato Sandwiches 2 TBSP. Kraft fat free mayonnaise 1 tsp. dried basil leaves 1 tsp. Splenda 4 slices reduced calorie Italian bread 2 (3/4 oz) slices Kraft reduced-fat Mozzerella cheese 4 thin slices ripe red tomatoes Plug in and spray both sides of a double sided electric grill with butter flavored cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, basil and Splenda. Evenly spread 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise mixture on each bread slice.
Arrange 1 slice cheese and 2 slices tomato on two of the prepared bread slices. Evenly arrange remaining 2 slices of bread on top, coated side down.
Arrange sandwiches on prepared grill. Lighly spray tops with butter-flavored spray. Close lid and grill for 4 to 5 minutes or until bread is "toasted" and filling is hot. Serve at once. Serves 2
